Google Chooses PrintGlobe to Host Texas Economic Impact Press Conference

AUSTIN, TX - Google held an Economic Impact Press Conference at Austin tech company PrintGlobe at 10 am CST, Tuesday, May 25th, to unveil for the first time, Google’s influence on the Texas economy. The event centered on Google’s economic impact on businesses and non-profits in Texas and included members of the press, media, chamber of commerce, and local government officials.

Google selected PrintGlobe to present their Texas data because of the long-standing relationship between the two companies, the scale of PrintGlobe’s Adwords advertising campaigns, and PrintGlobe’s expert knowledge of ecommerce and internet marketing.

On Tuesday, Google held similar Economic Impact press conferences in 11 states. PrintGlobe is the only company from Austin and Texas chosen to both host the press conference and share its marketing insights.

PrintGlobe Director of Marketing Rob Williams spoke about his experiences with AdWords and the impact utilizing Google’s services has had on business.

“Google is a preferred marketing partner because of their scale, innovation, and broad tool set, which allows us to be very flexible and targeted in our marketing. Without Google, our world would look very different, and we’re proud to have them join us in Austin to speak about the economic impact they have on our local economy.”
